Exchanges (Non-Defective Items)

Exchanges are accepted within 7 days of the purchase date for unused items in their original condition and packaging.
Exchanges apply only to UAE orders. For international orders, exchanges are not available at this time.

Returns (Defective Items Only)

Returns are accepted only in the case of a defective product, within 7 days of the purchase date.
Once the item is inspected and approved as defective, a store credit will be issued for the full order value.
Store credit is provided as a single-use coupon code that can be used on any future purchase.

Return Shipping Cost

• UAE orders: Return shipping is covered by Reclusive Beings in the case of defective items.

• International & GCC orders: Customers are responsible for shipping costs for returns.

• Non-defective items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

 

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Contact us at inside@reclusivebeings.com with your order number, images or video of the defective item, and item details.
We will provide instructions for the return or exchange process.
